BOOKING CONFIRMATION
A booking is not confirmed until the client returns the booking form, pays the required deposit, and receives confirmation of the booking from The Photo Booth-less. Until the booking form and deposit have been received, other bookings may be accepted for the same date. By paying a deposit, the client is also agreeing to The Photo Booth-less Terms & Conditions
PAYMENT
A non-refundable booking fee is required to book your events date. The balance of the booking must be paid at least 14 days before the event.
Instalment payments are welcomed; the full payment must be received by least 14 days before the booking date.
If The Photo Booth-less has not received the full payment for a booking at least 24 hours before the booked date, The Photo Booth-less will deem that a cancellation on behalf of the client and all monies paid to date will be forfeited, unless both parties have made prior mutually agreed to arrangements in writing for a late payment.
If the booking within 14 days of the event, full payment must be received to confirm booking
CANCELLATION / CHANGES
In the event that the client should cancel their booking, the initial deposit will not be refunded. Any monies paid over the initial deposit will be refunded unless the cancellation is made within 14 days of the events date, where full payment will be due.
Should the client need to make any change to the time & date of the event, the client must give appropriate notice prior to the event, these changes will be honoured at no penalty as long as The Photo Booth-less is available on the new date and time.
In the event The Photo Booth-less requires to cancels a booking all payments made will be refunded to the client
HIRING, DELIVERY AND SERVICE
Set up and removal of the photo booth is free of charge and occurs outside of the booked hire period. Areas outside our standard service areas may incur a travelling surcharge.
The Photo Booth-less will provide trained photo booth attendant who will remain with the photo booth for the duration of the booking time.
ACCESS, SPACE, POWER REQUIREMENTS
The Photo Booth-less' requests access to the venue 90 minutes before the event and 45 minutes after the event for setup and breakdown
The client shall ensure a safe and appropriate environment is provided for The Photo Booth-less to operate its equipment.
We require a clean, flat, dry, smoke free area of approximately 3m square (and at least 2.4m ceiling height); exclusive access to one 240v standard power point within 10 metres. For an outdoor event, a cover needs to be provided by the client to afford protection from rain, wind and/or sunlight.
It will be the client’s responsibility to ensure their venue coordinator or private function coordinator is aware of these requirements and can accommodate them. The client is responsible for paying any charges imposed by the venue, or required to access the venue. These charges may include, but are not limited to, parking and electricity.
DAMAGE
The Client is financially liable for any damage sustained, including unreasonable cleaning, or loss incurred to The Photo Booth-less property, fixtures or fittings, whether through their own or through actions of their guests.
'The Photo Booth-less' attendant reserves the right, in good faith, to pause or terminate the use of the photo booth at any time during the event should there pose a potential danger to themselves or any persons, and/or to the photo booth equipment. Every effort will be made to continue the service; however, safety is paramount in all decisions.
In the event that inappropriate content is captured, recorded, printed, uploaded, witnessed or exchanged with 'The Photo Booth-less', The Photo Booth-less is not held liable for any actions or content generated by these guests. Inappropriate content may be discarded at the discretion of The Photo Booth-less and will not be published or stored.
All prop box items must be returned in good condition after event, or a charge of up to $100 may apply to client.
USE OF IMAGES AND PRIVACY
The Photo Booth-less would like to make the Client(s) aware that the Client is releasing all usage rights and copyrights of the photos shot on the day by The Photo Booth-less to The Photo Booth-less due to hiring 'The Photo Booth-less' services.
The Client understands that they can use these images without modification for any non-commercial personal use. However, the Client hereby authorises The Photo Booth-less and anyone authorised by The Photo Booth-less to retain all usage rights for all images including advertising, website or promotional purposes, unless the client requests otherwise, in writing, before the date of the event.
The Client accepts responsibility for all photos shared to social media by guests at the event.
The Photo Booth-less may contact you periodically with special offers and updates on new products. The Photo Booth-less will not sell your personal details to any third party and will take all reasonable measures to ensure that your personal details remain confidential.
INDEMNIFICATION
The Photo Booth-less does not take responsibility for any circumstances outside their control. This includes, but not limited to:
a. Power outage, internet outage, fire, riot, civil commotion, accidents, acts of nature, and equipment failure.
b. if equipment or accessories failure or damage (including electrical, water or other liquid damage) is due to any negligence, an act or fault on the part of any venue, venue staff or event guests.
c. unforeseen delays at the venue, which are out of our control
The client agrees that in all circumstances, the liability of The Photo Booth-less is limited to an amount equal to the booking cost.
MISCELLANEOUS
If your event is scheduled to take place within normal meal times, a crew meal to be provided to attendant.
Any variations to these Terms & Conditions must be agreed to in writing by The Photo Booth-less.
